Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.
Visit the website www.esteri.it/visti/index_eng.asp in order to find out if it is the case and, consequently, get prepared to collect the necessary documents in due time for the application to the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.
The conference organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
Visas should be applied at least 4 months before departure as the application process can take several weeks.
Please note that if a visa is refused because of late application or incomplete form, the registration fee will not be refunded. For further information see registration terms and conditions.
The Official Invitation letter to obtain entry visa for Italy can be downloaded from the web site.
