* 22% VAT included. Should Italian VAT increase, the registration fees will be revised accordingly.

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following :

  • entry to all Scientific Sessions including Exhibition Area
  • admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • scientific material
  • online abstract book

CANCELLATION

Notification of cancellation (for individual only) must be sent by email to the Organising Secretariat (pacing2018.reg@aimgroup.eu).

Cancellation is accepted until October 24, 2018, with 30% of the registration fee withheld.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.

 

GROUP REGISTRATION

Deadline for group early registration fee: October 3, 2018
Deadline for including participants’ names online: November 7, 2018

Lists must be uploaded online (lists sent by email will be rejected).
For names that will not be communicated until November 7, 2018, the difference between early and onsite registration fees will be charged.

 

ONSITE COLLECTION OF GROUPS’ MEETING MATERIAL

The collection of material for groups can be done on December 3, 2018, only.
An appointment is required within and no later than November 7, 2018.
Please send an email to s.segneghi@aimgroup.eu.

After November 7, 2018, requests for appointment will be no longer accepted and each delegate will collect the material individually at the registration desks, starting from December 4.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
  • Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
  • Cash payments can be effected on site, up to a limit of Euro 1.500,00 per transaction. Therefore, please kindly note that onsite payments will only be accepted by credit cards.

 

CREDIT CARDS 
All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).

 

INTERNET
An “online” registration form with payment by credit card in security certificate mode “veriSign” and “SSB”.

REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY THE TOTAL PAYMENT.
THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WILL BE SENT BY E-MAIL. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS.

NAME CHANGES (FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY)
After November 7, 2018 name changes will be charged with a handling fee of € 150,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change.
